The Dark Knight

Most overrated post-2000 and most overrated of the last decade. People were claiming it marked some great divide in filmmaking-- before TDK and after TDK. Stuff like Avatar had detractors and mockers from the start.

I would say both post and pre 2000, though Tim Burton's Batman was pretty good.
