Seems like every shower at any public pool was a room lined with shower heads.
In JR high they had the room lined with shower heads and a couple of trees in the center - and they let us know from the beginning that everyone was expected to shower. I don't recall that bothering me at all.
High school was more of the same - shower heads on the walls and a couple of trees in the middle.
To be honest, by the time I got to the MTC that's what I was used to - so it was no big deal. It was interesting seeing how some kids were so bothered by it. But whatever.
My only real question is - why were you ever in the sister's showers to even know what kind of stalls they have there? What's up with that? Or did you talk to the sisters in your district about showering? Which, to be honest, is at least as weird.
