Well, she was the backup. She got cut that year.

I was a 35 year old 5'9" former wrestler that last played organized basketball in 8th grade.

She was 5'11" with WNBA playing time in the previous 12 months.

She could not stop me from driving past her. She could only score on me if I was playing lazy defense and she had an open perimeter shot. Some times she could backdoor cut me too.

I also used to be in singles ward with Mo' Wolthius (a BYU center in the 90's ) one summer after she graduated. She could post me up all day long, but that was all.

Basketball is simply a sport where women can't compete at all with men. Just how it is.
