My friend drove a 1979 Lincoln Town Car sometimes. Looked very much like these
pics. Same color. That thing was an absolute beast. It was actually longer than a Suburban at the time. We once fit 12 people in it...relatively comfortably (with three in the trunk). You could yank on the steering wheel back and forth and it felt like a boat in some rough waters. We were ticked when we found out his parents sold it one day.

1992 Grand Caravan. This same model but it was 14 years old with 175,000 miles and been in a couple accidents.

1955 blue and white bel air hardtop. Sold it my senior year and bought a 1968 corvette ragtop. Life was good.
