See, I think I'm beginning to understand you guys.
You're afraid to play the best and would rather win games against teams you're confident you can beat and be the best among that group of teams than take on the best you can in college football.
I think this must be derivative of the 'everybody gets a trophy' mentality.
I want to play the best teams BYU can play and, if I were rooting for New Mexico or Wyoming or SDSU I'd want the same thing and most of their hard core fans would too. The difference is that BYU is in a unique position to pull this off whereas no other G5 can.
So make all the assertions you want about those that disagree with you, but it's about playing the best. I want to, and those that agree with me do also. You evidently don't.
You should own that fact.
