More likely they'll tell you it's unrepairable and try to sell you
a new set of tires, though.

I have a tire that slowly deflates over 2-3 weeks. Any cheap/easy/quick fixes?

Go to Discount Tire. They'll fix it for free if it isn't in or too near the sidewall.

Do I have to buy something from them? Or just a nice thing they do for everyone?

They'll do it for anyone. Good chance to get people in the door, do something nice and maybe gain a future customer.

Find the nail. Take it out. Plug the hole.

This is the problem and answer. Inexpensive, sometimes free. Do it.

Is it just a screw or something? I had a slow leaking tire once that ended up
