How many times do you want him to eat out? And is he a healthy eater?

If he is going to cook, then he could do it easily for under $100 per week. If he plans things well, that could be as low as $50. My daughter lives off campus and is at BYU, I think she spends under $75. But she is quite frugal and a girl that does not eat that much.

Incidentally, I don't help her at all. She pays her own way.
