Whenever I shower. Usually just in the morning,
but I go up and down about.
I've never really thought about it---I just buy the stuff when it runs out, but my wife starting razzing me about it today. If I ponder it and recreate my normal routine, I go up and down about 8-10 times (up is one, down 2, up 3.....).
I am going to prove her wrong thru the power of cougarboard.
