...I was on record saying we shouldn't fire Bronco and my rationale is still valid: you don't fire a guy that averaged 9 wins a season. He left, fine, that's cool, we got Kalani who got 9 wins, too, in his first season. But he'll have to do that 10 more straight years to equal Bronco.
Again this isn't to bash Kalani and there are things he's doing I love. 9 wins in season 1 is nothing to sneeze at, even if it was with Bronco's guys. I love there's hope he's recruiting real NFL-level talent. But Bronco was a good coach. Whittingham apparently was better at selecting assistants and either directly or indirectly recruiting.
