I would put that in a game type room

outside of the theatre room.So build under the garage for your dedicated theatre space and then build a game room outside of that space.

theatre rooms without at least 3 tvs are a missed opportunity. Why only watch one game?

I agree. Theater room should be for movies and game room for TV, sports and video games.
