Um - he didn't say hard work (which is important) he said Accuracy; which I
completely agree with. You can teach touch, timing, rhythm, cadence, reading defenses etc; but accuracy seems to be more of an innate thing you learn and grow over time; once a kid hits college, I'm not sure there is much you can do to improve accuracy much.

Him talking about hardwork is completely true though; you already have to have the talent and accuracy, then work hard to develop the rest of the QB arsenal.
