Is it normal to force students dressed in opposing colors to the back?

I'm not sure how I feel about that. I know cougarboarders hate it when kids on campus wear apparel for other schools but if you are willing to wait in line, it doesn't seem fair to make you go to the back. I'd be curious what other schools do. I know there are quite a few BYU fans at Utah, but I don't know how many of them brave the MUSS.
