I love hearing/singing the National Anthem, as well.
I liked the story and was surprised because I hadn't ever heard half the details. Not to be a downer... but I searched and couldn't find anything to support the majority of what was said in the video. Everything I found was more in line with what I remembered:

Key went aboard the British ship to negotiate for a single prisoner. They released him to go back to his American ship but sent some British troops with him to ensure he didn't go back to shore and warn the Americans of their attack. They watched the battle throughout the night and in the morning, after he got back to shore, he penned the poem that became The Star Spangled Banner.

Am I just missing something here? Can anyone find anything to back up what the video says about all the prisoners, his being detained by the British, recounting what was happening to the prisoners, and especially the most powerful part - the Americans giving their lives to physically support the flag?
