Most on this board was reporting that BYU was inking a deal with ESPN and going Independent about 3 weeks before it happened.... if there has been a gentleman agreement already, several people would be claiming it right now. We wouldn't be inking deals with Baylor for future games where the conference is saying that they'll recognize BYU has a P5 for that game and that game only.

Sorry... I just have a very hard time believing this. I think BYU is waiting by the phone, hoping for a call... and aren't being proactive because they don't know how to.
