I haven't seen any girls come forward in all the articles that have been written, who hadn't actually committed HC violations. How many girls who were victims of assault while obeying the honor code have come forward with complaints of being investigated? You know why? Because people who are living the honor code at BYU, who try to surround themselves with others who are also living the honor code, generally aren't in a position where these things happen. I'm not blaming them, I think they should be granted immunity, but it doesn't change the fact that had they been living the honor code it would've protected them from these horrible experiences.
