mannerisms, accent of a black man from a tough neighborhood and no I'm not referring to west valley or rose park where many Utahns think are tough/scary places. I'm talking government projects in large inner cities, it was pretty evident he wasn't used to speaking with white people very often and was out of his comfort zone.
