their ancestors left "the old country" in sweden over a century ago. they crossed the ocean and landed on the shores of this country. they gathered supplies and wagons and began their trek. they walked mile upon mile, crossing streams and cutting trails through heavily wooded terrain...until they finally found a place that was just as cold and miserable as the place they left to call home.
