Not likely. Too many things wrong with it.
Appears to be a pump action and was never pumped after being shot so nothing would be chambered, there was smoke from the barrel on the first shot and no smoke with the shot on the ground, and lastly there was no recoil from the shot on the ground.
Just my guess.
