in the student loan context. It's not that the borrowers need more education about the loans it's that the loans shouldn't be given at all. They caNt pay it back. And it's not a freedom of contract issue. The government is the loan shark.

I don't support forgiveness, but some better limits on amounts and an underwriting component would make a big difference, IMO.
