To say her arm was cocked to punch is a bit of a stretch. Elbow tucked at her

side, hand up by her shoulder, hand not even tight in a fist. Then he grabs the wrist and twists. She screams, and he keeps twisting. She throws a limp left to try to get him off her. He blasts her full in the face with a right still while holding her right wrist so she can't even get her hand up to defend.

She is in self-defense mode. He is in criminal mode.
