it sounds like you didn't even read what I wrote since you mentioned on-field performance.
Football Program, I wrote, does not equate to Football Team; or how good they are on the field. If so, you would be saying BYU has a better football Program than Texas, since BYU beat them handily 2 years in a row; and by extension, you would be saying Utah has a better football program than Texas.
Having a good football "Team" is great, but it does not equate to "Program" IMO.
