Not sure what Bart not saying a bad thing publicly or to a person he likely does not know well about other big time schools providing better opportunities. What do you expect him to say? I don't think it is crazy for him to mention to a family member that other schools may provide better NFL opportunities, it is not to denigrate BYU but is likely the truth. He may say BYU is a great school, with a good football program but if you want to go to the NFL got a, b, c, d, e, f.....school prior to BYU.
