This is not my daughter's 7th grade girls league. Full court press is part of the game. Though I rarely apply it, I welcome it when on offense, even though I am not very good. Teams (or individuals) who play press in church ball, rarely know what to do when it is broken.
I will agree that playing full court press every time on the guy who can't dribble much = jerkatude. But that guy's team needs to have someone else bring the ball up the court after it happens a couple of times.
