considered winning the WAC or MWC Championships as an accomplishment for the team. They were always inferior titles and unimportant to me.

I've never bought anything that had "WAC Champs" or "MWC Champs" written anywhere on them. It's why one loss as an Indy doesn't bother me like it bothers others. I've always used top 25 ranking as the metric to judge the success of the season.

So it's useful to know that others found it important.
