Generally, if I am picking my food or cooking, I am healthy. But if I get into a group or party situation I break down very easily. I usually don't go looking for sweets, but if they are in front of me, I have a hard time showing any discipline.
Does it still tempt you, or are you over it? Seriously, the more I learn about it, sugar is more toxic than anything else we eat. And it's showing in our nation.
