will end this way, but his most recent injury was completely non-contact. His knee just couldn't handle him running and cutting on it. Add in the fact that his injury last season was also basically a non-contact failure of his knee and it just doesn't make sense for him to keep trying and run the risk of permanent damage. At this point, no NFL team is going to put him on their roster.
It's really too bad because he was a good college QB. I don't think he was ever as great as USU fans thought, but he was better than several QBs BYU put on the field in recent years.
