That Sitake and Howell are the "only" options for HC in 10-15 years is a reach,

don't you think? There are most certainly other existing options, or options that will materialize in the coming years as young coaches with whom you may not be familiar grow up and earn their stripes. Other LDS coaches do exist, and some of them, while not likely candidates at BYU right now, are pretty solid coaches.
