I think the first things I would do with an extra 30k a year are:

Move into a bigger house with a 3+ car garage and a .33+ acre lot
Buy nicer/newer cars. I might even consider leasing
Fix the old 66 Mustang that I got from my FIL (needs a new engine and trans)
Eat out more often - go on more dates with my wife
Take yearly vacations (not reunions). One with the whole family and one with just my wife
Get cable with ALL the sports channels
New computer(s) every 3 years
New furniture - especially for the bedroom
Herman Miller Desk chair
Fiber internet (100k down)

But like DS7 said, our wants always exceed our income. I am sure if I ever got that kind of extra income, I would waste it on something.
