I'm not sure how the Utah housing market can get any nuttier but I am sure it
will. Some new homes next to my son in Vineyard just went for $1.1 million and $1 million and they are not all that big. He paid almost $900,000 for his one year ago. Interest rates still remain relatively high. This is just madness.

I believe it when I saw in a recent Deseret News article that 1/3 of Utah residents have considered leaving the state because of housing costs.
