If Alabama had shot their season average 35% from 3, they would have made 18 3 pointers instead of 25
That's a 21 point difference in a game that they won by 25.
Of course there are all kinds of other variables that would have been at play - offensive rebounds and 2nd chance points, not taking as many shots, etc. But if they had played on planet earth last night it would have been competitive until the end.
