During an interview for me to return to Novell in a different job, the interviewer said he had talked with my former teammates, and they had said I was kind of a lone wolf, operating mostly on my own, and what did I think of that?

I responded that it probably meant I was able to get my work done well with minimal supervision.

He responded that he had actually made that all up, just to see how I would respond. I didn’t pursue the job, and believe I dodged a bullet.
