POLL: Do you still work out when you're sick?
I've been sick since Wednesday afternoon and have missed like three workouts. I'm worried I'm going to lose a ton of fitness but I still don't feel well. Do you push through anyways?

a 'ton' of fitness for 3 workouts? I seriously doubt it. if you are already fit, 3 weeks wont' affect you in any way,
