Reportedly, Kevin Young went to the BYU players who played last year, and asked them what went wrong with Duquesne. I find that impressive in at least 2 ways:

1. Kevin Young's attention to detail
2. His humility both to recognize he doesn't have all the answers, and no shame in going to those "under" him to ask for answers

In my experience, the best leaders are very good at consciously recognizing what they don't know, then going to those on their team to get insights and answers.
