Is how he is confident in his abilities to coach, but also humble and willing to admit his mistakes and learn from. In his latest pre game press conference he called out several things he has learned and had to adjust to in college, namely these:
1. Officiating, he said he really struggle and whined about how much more contact is allowed in college than NBA. But he finally quit whining and adjusted.
2. Mag, he admitted to essentially using Mag incorrectly that first part of the season and he had to change and just put Mag on their best defender and let him do his thing.

I really like how quick he is willing to come out and say what he has had to change and actually give real stuff. Not high level coach speak that means nothing. I really hope he is here for a long time!!
