Instead of my commuter car today because of the weather.

I felt the car slide into me. I got out, saw my truck was fine and his car had a damaged bumper. Gave him the thumbs up, and I drove off.

Not sure if I should’ve actually talked with him in that situation. But didn’t want to deal with it. Is he going to have a hard time with coverage because I didn’t talk with him and he didn’t get a chance to file a report?
