I'm less than 300 quality posts away from hitting the 20,000 post milestone. This is of significant concern, and I want to be sure I don't miss it. Therefore, I think it would be VERY useful to have a banner at the top that reminds us that we are at (for example) 19,999 posts, and the next one will be post number 20,000! I've seen a number of posts where people lament missing the milestone posts, and I don't want to that to be me.

I believe this will lead to an uptick of quality posts as people no longer miss these significant milestones both on CougarBoard and in their lives.
