It's amazing what happens during a single decade, when we go from living at home and being dependent on Dad and Mom to becoming a functional adult who shoulders responsibilities.

Yes, it's just like anyone else's similar 10-year span during that era in life. I'm grateful that I was lucky enough to experience it during the 80s.

Sorry to the nostalgic look back. It's something I still can't fathom in terms of lifelong importance, that hits so fast, at such a young age.
