401K Question: Convert traditional 401K to Roth now or wait
Trying to understand tax implications on a traditional 401K that I have from a prior employer that has grown to a pretty good amount. I have a Roth 401K as well from my next employer, but been thinking about whether I should convert the traditional one to a Roth.

I have about 15 years before I retire. Is it better to take the tax hit now and then have the next 15 years of growth be tax free or should I wait until I am retired and then take the tax hit at a lower tax bracket after retirement?

Any insights from CB tax folks?
