Maybe go there and see if the renewal line is open. It often is and you get it immediately after?

When ours expired we went online and were able to renew without another interview or anything. Took about 5 minutes

Usually doesn't need an interview. Biggest issue is getting it applied before they say if you need one or not

Just went online and filled out the renewal and paid the fee, it says it's waiting for conditional
