Kalani's friendly approach (doesn't burn bridges) is a huge + in NIL era.....
He can keep his current players (at least the vast majority) because they know he will take care of them...
....and anyone that doesn't chose BYU the first time knows that he will welcome them with open arms in the future.
Plus, having bags of $$$ helps.
