For plumbers out there I have a question.
I recently (18 months) ago got my water heater replaced. I currently have a small leak from under the tank.

I called the company and they said they would replace the tank because they think it’s defective. Since it’s under warranty.

However they said I would have to pay for the labor $1300.00 for this “defective unit or faulty install”

Is this normal and am I going to just have to eat this and chalk it up to bad luck?

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Company is located out of Corona, CA2239ba18df7b91b9fc9988dcff1fcff2.jpeg0e8e43ecc4534b29aba3e3185472dccd.jpeg
