I've done YTTV and it's fine, but it's expensive. I can't necessarily recommend

YTTV is best for interface. Everything else comes down to pricing. You can get what you need through each of them.

For sports, traditional cable is best. Many of those services don’t have RSNs, so they are complete non-starters
