BYU has to cut the number of players on the Roster in order to get to the new # of players allowed. A team that went 10-2 does not need many transfers. You are not replacing poor players with better ones etc... We have the start of a very good recruiting class and there will still be players that sign, and transfer. Teams that were very good do not have tons of transfer news. Teams like Utah that was 5-7 and even BYU last year spent a lot more time trying to improve with transfer players. But even then you don't know what type of players they will be.
