Best place to get a prime beef brisket in south Salt Lake valley?

I'm smoking a brisket for Christmas dinner. Thinking of going for a prime brisket. Seems like I always see choice at the local Costcos. Does the business Costco in Salt Lake sell prime brisket? Anywhere closer to south end of the SLC valley where you can pick up prime?
