Contracts need to be set up to more front heavy and not guaranteed. Allow for signing bonuses, but after year 1 you can cut the player and not pay out the contract if the player sucks. it is all about your signing bonus. The number of games is not going to go down, they won't want to get rid of inventory. But.... they have to fix one of their biggest problems. Focusing on only a few teams.

The NFL is awesome because they actually hype up the games, have them accessible and they don't focus just on 1 or two players. The NBA is so backwards in their thinking. They are pushing a few players and not their product. While the NFL is all about the product first.
