It would be cool to have an NFL team in Utah, but ONLY if it comes via expansion.
I have no interest in stealing another city's team no matter the circumstance.

I don’t really want an NFL team, but I wouldn’t mind stealing Arizona’s.

As someone who grew up in Phoenix and loved the Coyotes, I'm extremely bitter about that one.

LOL Smith is the last one to blame. There is a long list of others you should

And I do blame them, but acting like Smith is innocent is laughable.

I mean, he wanted a team and was willing, but it isn't like he said "Hey give me

From reports he told Gary Bettman he could deliver a new arena. Then he gets the team and all of a sudden he can’t.

It was an untenable situation in Arizona. If it wasn't Ryan Smith to take over

Like Mat Ishbia in Phoenix, who said he would have bought the team if he had known it was for sale?

Innocent? This wasn't a crime.

He would have been fine with an expansion team. NHL facilitated that mess

I blame Bettman more than I blame Smith. I blame Smith for making promises he couldn’t deliver on.

Yeah but the Cardinals actually have a big fan base unlike the Coyotes

I have an idea, tear down the Delta Center and build a new arena in Ogden. See what happens to Jazz attendance then.

Unfortunately every city wants an NFL team

If you're buying, yes. If by expansion it depends on the fee, and we have no idea what that would be.

If NFL expands again it's probably London

That would be a disaster. They play a totally different type of football there.

The NFL obsession with it is kind of weird

Apparently the lowest valued franchise is the Bengals at $5.25b

Lurie just sold a share of the Eagles which valued the team at $8.3 billion.

I don’t care at all about having an NFL team in Utah and I’m a massive NFL fan.

You live in Utah? You shouldn't turn your back on your forefathers

You could use the Bingham Mine hole for a stadium, field in the bottom, seats

I think having an NFL team in Utah would hurt the college programs

Nah. It would hurt Utah, but BYU would be fine.
