These types of transfers don't bother me that much. "Ice" wants to play and is looking for somewhere where he can do
that.
Now say Harrison Taggart or Isaiah Glasker transferred then that would really hurt. But leaving to play more is understandable, especially in 2024.
I think Jay Hill/Kalani and everybody else did a good job with Ice as he played more than most backups do. But he wasn't better than the guy ahead of him. I wish him nothing but the best (and will cheer for him as long as he is not at Utah).
