FYI, my Traeger sucks...bad. I have to rotate meat because of hot and cold spots
But this takes the cake. Temp set to 200, smoke stack side was 380 and opposite side (with the Traeger temp probe) was 220.

I have thermometers in the Traeger that are there just to let me know the difference so I can know when to rotate the meat. I'm this close to taking it to the dump.

I need a ceramic.
