Carry-On on Netflix is entertaining but not amazing
Taran Egerton as a TSA agent blackmailed by Jason Bateman into letting a carry-on suitcase through security in Christmas Eve. Those two are good; rest of the cast is fine but unremarkable.

Definitely too long — should have cut 20 minutes. Takes too long to get rolling and audience doesn't care about how this guy wanted to be a cop blah blah blah. Things that are relatable to every normal person: not loving their job but loving their family. You're safe to imply those things in 10 secs and move on.

Also relies too much on standard all-knowing criminals who can be anywhere, get a bead on anyone, dig up digital info, etc. instantly, which isn't always so convincing.

Saw one outlet claim this is the best Netflix thriller in years, which is wrong — Rebel Ridge came out literally this year-- but it's a solid watch.
