Here’s a $$$ business idea. Start a ticket company that works well operationally & doesn’t charge insane fees. Then
Market it to all the venues and pro/college teams.
I have to think a service that isn’t overly greedy and charges reasonable fees would get so much business and grow like crazy.

Just got tickets for the BYU-Cinci game. SeatGeek charged $20/ticket… in fees.

yes - most likely the seller paid between 10 and 15% to sell. All ticket brokers take double fees.
